Family Medical Centers of Tampa Bay (FMCTB) has provided comprehensive family practice primary care in Tampa for 29 years. FMCTB was started in 1986, and has 3 providers as well as other highly skilled medical staff. We provide Pediatric to Geriatric care. Our practice offers a coordinated network of medical care for our patients. Besides general family practice medical care, we also provide NCQA – certified diabetes, cardio-vascular, and stroke care.
Our goal is to improve the well being of our patients by providing top notch family medicine. We coordinate specialist referrals when required and review and maintain those records so that the patient’s total health is monitored.
FMCTB providers are available by appointment Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
To schedule an appointment, FMCTB will need your name, address, telephone number, social security number, type of insurance, date of birth, and pertinent medical circumstances. You may schedule an appointment by calling us at 813-963-3124, Option 1.
